Record Retention Overview
All Season provides record retention for many of our clients. Our record retention is maintained using the O’Neil System. This is a barcoded based system where contents of each carton are documented by the client on forms we provide them. Once complete, the barcode is removed from the form and affixed to the carton. The cartons are brought to our warehouse where they are scanned with a descriptive inventory into the system. The client is provided with a list of records, and with a simple phone call to our office, we are able to identify the carton they are looking for and have it available for pick-up, delivery or be destroyed.
